As hardworking entrepreneurs we decided that the quickest way to achieve financial freedom and passive income was to invest in property.

In 2017 we invested in ourselves first by joining a fantastic property wealth course run by Kevin Green; the UK's largest landlord and self made millionaire. Learning all the property strategies available, we purchased our first rental house soon after.

In 2019 Mark was asked to become a KGW coach to help train others in their own property journey and Emma was asked to become a preferred supplier for website design.

About Us

Mark Wilkinson, FInstLM & CMIOSH

"Hi I'm Mark. I'm a multiple business owner, coach and soon to be published author of ‘Life Remixed' (out in February 2021). Originally an international DJ and record producer for 20 years, I suffered from an incurable disease and major life crisis that took me on a self development journey and career into Health & Safety (read about it all in the book)!

I've always has a passion for people, be it rocking a dance floor, or making sure they're working safely on construction sites. I was a HSE Manager at the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, London's Heathrow Airport and Head of HSE at Berkeley West Thames, one of the UK's largest residential developers, before starting my own consultancy, Hillmont Associates Ltd.

I'm highly qualified in Health & Safety as a Chartered member of IOSH (CMIOSH) and a CSCS Black Card holder. I also have an NVQ7 Masters equivalent in ‘Strategic Management and Leadership’ (MPhil). Next I'm planning to study a PhD in ‘Directional Leadership’.

What do I enjoy about property investment? Being able to place a safe roof over families heads and meeting so many different investors who share our goals."

Emma Wilkinson

"I'm Emma. I have over 22 years’ experience organising worldwide corporate events for blue chip clients including Microsoft and KPMG. In 2005 I set up my own event management agency; Bamboo Events Ltd. Being an event planner requires an extremely high level of attention to detail, complex project planning and managing multiple suppliers at once (all very useful skills for property development too).

When live events were suspended due to COVID in March 2020 and we were all in lockdown, I decided to share my years of marketing and branding expertise to support start ups and the self employed to get online by opening Bamboo Design.

My passion for property started when I renovated my first home, doubling it's value at resale. I really enjoy the design and renovation stage of a project, making sure we add value which in turn maximises our return."
